# Confirmation emails/SMS template sends to customers

If you want to custom the confirmation emails so they can show the pickup/delivery information to your customers, you can take a look at our email templates here:

Please be noted that these templates will still work with the standard shipping method. In other words, if your customers check out with the standard shipping method, they will still receive the shipping confirmation as usual.
